1. File Format – Submit as Print-Ready PDF

Please supply files as:

• PDF to Print

• Full size (1:1 scale)

• Flattened (FLAT)

• High resolution

PDF format preserves scale accuracy and prevents drawing distortion.

Your plan file must be a flattened PDF.

This means:

• No editable layers

• No hidden objects

• No transparency effects

• Fonts embedded or outlined

2. Always Design at 100% Scale (1:1)

Do NOT scale drawings down before sending.

If your drawing is A1 size:

• Set document to 594 × 841 mm

If A2 size:

• Set document to 420 × 594 mm

We print exactly as supplied to maintain measurement accuracy.
